会议背景介绍：

2010第二届IEEE信息管理与工程国际会议（IEEE ICIME 2010，2010 The Second IEEE International Conference on Information Management and Engineering）将由IEEE 北京分会和新加坡国际计算机科学与信息技术协会(IACSIT)主办, 四川省计算机学会承办，中国电子学会，四川省电子学会，电子科技大学学报，西南交通大学信息研究院等机构协办，于2010年4月16-18日在中国成都举行。它是信息管理与工程领域中的一次重要的国际学术会议。

2009年，第一届信息管理与工程国际会议（ICIME 2009）在马来西亚吉隆坡成功举办，会议论文集由IEEE CS出版，并已经全部被ISTP和EI检录。本次会议将是第一届信息管理与工程国际会议的继续和发展。ICIME 2010会议论文集仍然将全部进入IEEE Xplore数据库，并被Ei Compendex和ISTP检索。

ICIME 2010 是正宗的IEEE发起的会议，目前已经进入IEEE官方会议序列。
